Here at Bodied By Bah, we believe that fitness goals, aspirations, and objectives are just standards…or better yet, benchmarks. Setting a goal implies there is a chance that once that expectation has been met, there won’t be anywhere else to go – “you’re at the top and can’t go higher”. In reality there is no set goal, yet benchmarks that allow us to get to a certain point, stop for a brief moment to look over our shoulders to see how high we’ve climbed then keep pushing past it.
